ICCC is managed by a Board of Management (BOM) and a Secretariat. The BOM consists of up to 18 directors, of whom several are appointed to form the Executive Board (EB): President, Vice President, Secretary General and Treasurer. The other directors on the board normally undertake to lead or serve on various committees.

ICCC also has a small group of Patrons, appointed by the BOM. These Patrons are individuals who have made a meaningful contribution to the Chamber, or to relations between Indonesia and Canada. They increase the Chamber’s credibility and profile, and serve as valuable resources as needed.
